It's been a year, and we are still exceptionally happy with our Midwest experience. Our needs were extensive: Roof, siding, windows, doors - the whole package! From the first meeting with our extremely knowledgeable salesman to the final inspection with the company president, every contact (including the work crews and foremen) was wonderful, enlightening, and empowering. We got to meet Luka R. And Justin B. , to learn about what our roof needs were. They were wonderful people. Luka and Justin were knowledgeable and very friendly. My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit. They listened to us before proceeding with their information about Midwest Exteriors. We learned quite a bit about roofing. Justin and Luka took pictures of any damage they found. That way we heard about what was found, as well as see it for ourselves. That was quite useful. I had a very informative meeting with Grace G and Calvin W, they were very personable and knowledgeable. It did take about 3 hours from beginning to end, but in the long run I purchased my new windows from them. So happy, can't wait for the install.

We have just started our project of roof replacement. It was obvious from first contact they had a deep knowledge of the product and the timeline the product could be delivered. We had heard from the project managers keeping us up to date and status. Ahead of schedule, dumpster for the roof tear off arrived today. That is the way to run a business.

We had a great experience working with the Midwest Exteriors team. I had filed an insurance claim to have my roof repaired after shingles had started to lift and separate causing a leak. **** came out to give us a quote. He was super friendly and enlightened us with his knowledge of shingles and different qualities in the market. First visit with Midwest Exteriors went very well. Both associates were knowledgeable and pleasant to discuss our plans for replacing our very old windows with new ones. It seems they offer top of the line products for a reasonable price. My wife and I are excited to do business with them!

Grace and Kyle came out and took a look at the windows we need replaced. They taught us a lot about windows, over a 2 hour consultation. While that was very long, we learned about windows and more! We felt very comfortable knowing what to expect from the new windows, what makes the, different and the warranty. They did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming installation.
