The company does a great job unloading in the morning and the Transit Van Driver does an exceptional job since he doesn't have a lift gate or pallet jack and does it all by hand!

Had a vanity delivered, the driver was great. But it was unacceptable that I paid for delivery into my home and had to help carry it the 400lb vanity because they decided to only send one person. I expect to get refunded for the extra delivery charge that I paid to have it brought in my home as well as paid for my labor. Otherwise I will be reporting this to the BBB.
