I have been to several other Urgent Cares. I will be coming to Midwest Express from now on. I had a very scary experience and came to Midwest. I saw Jennifer Seegichetla. She was a breath of fresh air. Jennifer calmed my fears after having a terrible 90 minute vertigo experience at home. She explained to me what caused it and gave me exercises to use should it happen again that will stop the vertigo right away. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and caring. Love it. Definitely coming back again with Dr. Seegichetla. I don’t like females doctor, but she made me feel so comfortable, loved it!
Everyone was wonderful and the office was very clean and organized!
Very good first experience from start to finish, easy parking lot, online appointments and check-in, zero waiting time, friendly front staff and the nurse and PA were very kind and knowledgeable. Jay was my nurse, and Chantel Wynn was the PA who saw me- both really nice. Glad I tried this place. Got a diagnosis and antibiotics prescribed within my visit. Copay was only $30 with BCBS PPO
