Service was great, and felt comfortable with getting seen, everything i needed was answered and would highly recommend anyone to the Midwest express Clinic
Answered all my questions, kind, patient, and respectful.
Came in because i got bit by a dog and was crying and sniffling and everyone was so kind to me even though i was clearly overreacting to my circumstances. The receptionist, the nurse who took me back, and the PA were all so lovely. The PA especially was wonderful, I don’t remember her name but she was so reassuring and patient and kind to me. I was also in and out within half an hour, super speedy but also thorough care. Will definitely come back here if I need to!
This clinic is the worse. Everything is disorganized and they don’t even touch you in the sense of doing a check up on you, even when in pain they conclude without doing a physical check up and they sill charge you like crazy. They even sent me home without any medicine and just a Horrible experience I had while being super ill. And in addition they had troubles dealing with my insurance so I had to pay a big bill for a check up where I wasn’t even examined properly.
