Exceptionally incompetent and unresponsive. My spouse and I were refinancing a mortgage through them and were given a quote of 3.75 and a guarantee of closing in 30 days, with closing costs of $1600. All documents including the appraisal was received by them 13 days after the contract was signed. We have no debt other than the mortgage, we're refinancing only 40% of the appraised value of the home with a credit score of 805....should have been the easiest loan in history to close. My husband and I could not be happier with our experience with Steve/Midwest Equity. He is professional, timely, caring, thorough, etc, etc. As first time home buyers we were quite nervous and had lots of questions. Steve was always there to help and never made us feel like a bother. Anyone would be lucky to get the chance to work with Steve. The closing process was so easy and we are so in love with our new home!!!

Steve ******* and his team (including Brian ****) were the greatest team I could have ever chose. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and down to Earth. They were so easy to work with, it was a true pleasure working with them. I would give them an 11 on a score of 1-10.

I would like to share my most positive experience with Steve and Midwest Equity Mortgage. I had one of the most difficult situations to do a refinance, I had a bankruptcy, bad credit and scores 3 liens on the title of my home and a roof replacement that needed to be done and paid for before refinance could be done.
