He walked myself and my family through the process and made us comfortable with every step, making sure that there were no surprises. I'd do business with him again in a heartbeat.
This was my second experiance financing with Mike.It could not have gone any better,just like the first time.Mike and his staff were extremely professional,friendly and efficiant as the process was quick and painless.At 57,I've done my share of home financing and have had many agonizing,drawn out battles with other financial institutions.This has been by far my best experience and highly recommend Mike and his team.

My experience with Steven ******* & Midwest Equity Mortgage was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable & informative and explains things thoroughly. He and his team moved quickly despite the tight window they were given. He was available and friendly when my wife and I had questions or concerns. He truly cared and looked after our best interests.
In fact, I'd use Steven a third time, but unfortunately for me, he is not licensed in Georgia. His expertise and hard work ensured that we closed on time both with my initial purchase and refinance. He did all this from Kansas city while i was in Florida. Highly recommended.
