Friendly service. We had a coffee maker that had an issue so we called Midwest Equipment & Espresso to see if they could fix it. This is a consumer machine (not a commercial machine) and even though they didn't really handle it, Jen spent a half hour with me on the phone trying to see if we could get it fixed. We couldn't over the phone but took it in and I left it there. Jen called me a few days later saying she was able to fix it. She did this on her own time and didn't need to do that. It is tough to find service like thi... read more

Great discussion about espresso machines. They do not stock any but can order some. I'm on the lookout for an older machine and they gave some good advice about brands and types to go for.

Dennis is wonderful! He is so experienced. He helped us with an astoria machine that we had been struggling with for over a year and just knew immediately what we needed and fixed it. He came on a whim for another location with a la marzocco… we were out of town and he was able to explain in such a way to our management team what we needed and everyone really appreciated his help as well as the knowledge he provided. It had been a few years since I worked with this company. I’ve noticed a lot of really positive changes with ... read more

Midwest Equipment & Espresso is the only place I'll take my equipment to be fixed. Our machines get a lot of use and we need them to stay in business. I can always rely on Midwest Equipment to get the machines working quickly. They always know what they're doing and also I enjoy chatting with Jen when I come to the shop. I recommend them 100% for reliability, service, fairness and friendliness. Bri Hanshaw, owner of Jo-on-the-Go Espresso Catering

I have nothing but glowing praise to give to the folks at Midwest Equipment and Espresso. Jeremy took a genuine interest in trying to fix my 10-year-old Rancilio Silvia, and problem-shot for several weeks to figure out why she wasn't brewing. He finally figured out the issue, fixed her, and then gave her a full cleaning, to boot--all while keeping me updated. He was a pleasure to work with, as was the very nice lady at the front desk (whose name I didn't catch). If you have a personal or industrial machine, you NEED to make ... read more
