I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had getting a Generac standby generator installed by Midwest Equipment. Troy was the man who came to my home, answered my questions, and wrote up my contract. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and not in the last bit pushy. The workers, Tom and Tyler showed up on time and they, too, treated me with respect. They informed me every step of the installation and picked up after themselves. Their website says their mission statement is: “Treat Others As You Would Want To Be Treated”. Apparently, Midwest Equipment wants to be lied to repeatedly, and have poor communication, and just apologizes when they’ve been wrongfully hurt. Hire their competitor!! Problems on top of problems. Got their info from Generac for a quote. Sales guy was prompt and on time. Seemed to know his stuff.
