RecommendedI had a root canal done by Dr. Benjamin, coming into my appointment i was really nervous about what to expect. It wasn’t bad at all. Caitlyn and Dr. Benjamin were great! No pain! Alex at the front desk was even great!
I’m using my wife’s Facebook account , but my name is Dan and I had a procedure done just this morning. This was my first time at Mid west and everyone was so nice and made me feel real comfortable. Dr. Hosein was great as was the tech who assisted him and the receptionist...A really great team!
My experience was a very pleasant one. Everyone in the office, Dr. Fabian, Kylie his assistant, and Nikki and Alex at the front desk were very professional. I was in and out in an hour having a root canal and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist/endodontics office. They didn’t even mess up my lipstick. :) Janet Windish
I had a redo yesterday on an old root canal that was done years ago by someone else. Dr. Benjamin and his assistant were so professional and made me feel completely at ease. Going in I was pretty scared. The procedure was literally pain free, the only discomfort was having a bite block in to prop my mouth open which can’t be avoided. I was completely comfortable during and after. I woke up this morning feeling great. Thank you for saving my tooth!

Not your “father’s root canal”! No indeed — my first root canal with Dr. Benjamin went extremely well. From the initial consultation five days prior to the root canal itself, everything and everyone involved in the process was very efficient, friendly, professional, and PAINLESS. I had my first ever root canal here and to say I was very nervous going into the procedure would be an understatement, but from the start everyone was great and very personable. Tabetha did an awesome job before hand as the assistant. She made sure to let me know what would happen and how the root canal would go. Nikki and Alex did a great job with accommodating me, they even texted me to confirm my appointment and answered all of my questions since it didn’t work with my schedule to talk over the phone. Today I had a root canal! And Yes! I highly recommend Dr. Fabian and his staff. From the front deck staff, Nikki and Alex, who got my in and made sure I had all the proper instruction for home. To his assistant Kili who’s smiling face put me at easy right away. They explained what was going to happen, put some headphones on me and I watch some HGTV while they worked. Before I knew it, it was over. Thanks Midwest Endodontic Specialist for such a positive experience.
