Midwest Elite Exteriors replaced my roof and gutters. All I can say is WOW! The level of professionalism and communication was incredible. They finished the job on time, cleaned everything up, and did not leave a trace that they were there…..other than a beautiful roof and gutters! They made sure to protect my flowers and shrubs. Jeremiah even sent a box of cookies with a thank you note when the job was finished! He goes above and beyond! I can’t recommend him enough!

At first, they gave me a good price and seemed very friendly. But after starting the job, they suddenly claimed they needed “extra materials” and demanded more money. I asked for receipts or proof, but they refused. The manager was extremely rude when I questioned the charges. To make things worse, the roof started leaking near the chimney just a few weeks later. When I tried to call for a repair, they stopped answering altogether. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

They started my project two weeks later than scheduled and never bothered to call or update me. Once the work began, the crew left tools and trash scattered everywhere. I found roofing nails all over my yard and even in my driveway. The roof edges are crooked, and the vent covers weren’t sealed properly. I called to complain, but the owner got defensive instead of trying to fix anything. This company has no sense of responsibility or customer service.

The crew working on my roof was careless and completely untrained. They dropped shingles and tools all over my backyard, damaged a few plants, and even scratched my car. I tried to talk to the foreman, but he barely understood what I was saying and just shrugged it off. The roof itself doesn’t look straight, and I can see uneven spots from the street. No inspection, no follow-up, and no cleanup afterward. I truly regret hiring them — worst experience ever.

They treated our property like their own and the finished result is flawless (our landscaping didn't take a single scratch of damage throughout!).
