I had a problem with an out of production pool cover gearbox with a broken intermediate gear. I had been all over Wichita and contacting manufacturers to find a solution. I had pretty much given up on finding a part and figured to be soon spending the big bucks for a new gearbox and motor. However, one last call to MEM and I was up and running within 24 hours.
