Horrible place. My 85 year old grandfather came here for hearing aids and they were no help. They gave him a broken hearing aid and proceeded to tell him he would be unable to hear from his left ear. He went an entire year as this was the only place his Medicare covered. Last week his insurance changed and he was able to go to miracle ear who was successfully able to provide him with a hearing aid where he could hear. Always a good experience and great doctors
Dupage medical group is a scam and a joke. Requiring my 13 month old son to have a referral from a Dupae medical geoup doctor. That's against insurance policies; why does it matter where the referral is coming from? He has a referral from his pediatrician and through the hospital of Edwards. Horrible company. I've used Midwest ent for 26 years but now since dupage medical has taken over; I will take my business elsewhere. You don't want to help my 13 month old son who's been in the hospital several times due an ear infection... read more
