Awesome service from Dr.Pitts and staff.
I have been here twice in the past 2 months, and every time was great. I was a bit nervous due to the low rated reviews, but the receptionist and medical assistants were wonderful. Dr. Pitts is fantastic and highly recommend him. I believe they have fixed any prior issues with customer service because I had no issues at all being a new patient.
Absolutely terrific doctor. Absolutely horrible staff. Dr pitts is one of the best doctors I've had, but his staff will not properly process insurance. It's a shame such a good and nice doctor is surrounded by bad staff.
