My wife went to Midwest Dental Manitowoc Marshall Street when she lost part of a filling. The receptionist checked out insurance and said everything would be paid by them. They wanted to take an X-ray of that tooth only and I told them to take the full set of X-rays because my insurance covers the full set but they only took the single one anyway.
