I needed work done I waited almost a month, and didnt hear anything from them. so they didnt call to schedule the work needed so I went elsewhere I have been going to them for years.
I went in for cleaning...they did a bait and switch tactic and told me they were just going to do x-rays. I replied "If you don't have to do a cleaning and listen to me, then why should I have to listen to you and do the x-rays!" Got up and walked out! Not impressed at all....waste of time.
RecommendedMy husband has special physical needs and this office was wonderful. Even saved the tooth which was difficult for the dentist. very pleased.
Get better dentists!!!!!!!

I went in for my appointment 11/01 I booked out months in advance. I had a cleaning appointment that took 4-5 months to get in the books. Took off work for the appointment. I confirmed via text message 5 days prior. Today when I arrived I was told they canceled my appointment and been trying to contact me for a week. I never received any phone calls or voicemails but I get confirmation texts a few days prior to my appointment, odd. The last visit was Horrible!!!!! I was Fish Hooked and never seen the Doctor. Never had such of a Nightmare at the Dentist !!!
The whole Waldron crew had a dental appointment today. Went to a new dentist (due to insurance issues). Went to Midwest dental in Waukon and definitely giving them an A for service. Really enjoyed and staff and Dr. K made every feel comfortable! Thank you
My husband and I have been using the Plymouth Midwest Dental office for many years... we love our hygienist Ann! We’ve shared stories of our children, vacations and our health. She’s so personable and kind. We miss the newly retired receptionist Connie! The Plymouth office still rocks!
