This was by far the worse experience ever man at front desk was extremely rude to me and my client the facility its self was filthy the health department needs to be inspecting that place and the service.

I am giving no stars at all. The man I am speaking about refused to give his name. I need to be contacted about a HIPPA violation, Direct disability discrimination, and client abandonment at this specific facility. The man at the front desk called 6 peoples insurance companies including my fathers on speaker phone (every patient in the waiting room could hear clearly) giving patients names birthdays and insurance numbers. My grandmother had a dental emergency and went here. She was a first time patient and didnt understand that her tooth wouldnt be fixed on first trip. While he was explaining this to her, she said she needed antibiotics and he told her to go to the emergency room. He then snatched a clipboard out of her hands and told her she didnt have to come back after she asked why he couldnt write a script for her cyst. Which of course cause a slight altercation. I have been trying to get a dentist to take this rotted tooth out of my mouth for a month now. I have called all these other dentists, who are on my network, and they say the same thing. Call in the morning and see if we can fit you in. I have called for 2 weeks in the morning all these other dentists don't even answer their phone. I have left messages, and no one called me back at other dentist. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional! This place is owned by a dentist and her husband! The husband is very rude! He screamed at my grandmother and followed her out to her car! He called her stupid and called her a b****! Another person witnessed this as well! I also witnessed him screaming at other patients! The phone operator at Dental Definitions on Airport Highway, Toledo, Ohio, 43615, screamed at me, calling me "stupid" and told me to find a new dentist when I simply called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. When I stated that I would report this unprofessional misconduct to the Better Business Bureau, the operator hung up on me. I did not attempt to call back.
