Please note I have added some new comments on this day January 31, 2013. The dental office asked me to provide some feedback regarding the issue I presented a few weeks ago. The office manager honored the $49 coupon to resolve the issue. They did not honor the coupon during my first visit . This makes my new balance to be $0. Hopefully, this dental office will stop billing $121 because I have a $0 balance.

I've always had a good experience at Dr.Z's office. My kids actually get excited when they receive their postcard that it's time for their cleaning. They get to watch movies, wear sunglasses, and pick awesome flavors. Nobody in my family has every felt any pain. I really feel Dr.Z. and his staff really cares about my family and I!!! The front desk does an awesome job at reminding me of my appointments too!

I think Dr.Z is an extra-ordinary dentist with special skills not every dentist can do. He has taken teeth out on my family without any pain at all!. My husband has had root canals and never any pain! When my daughter is old enough for braces, he will be doing her care too! My family loves the laughing gas so they never mind going to appointments! We also like that it's the same dentist , hygienist , and assistants all the time, not a rotating staff, which makes us fee very comfortable.

I have know Dr. Z for over 14 years. He is a man who demonstrates integrity 100% of the time. From the very first time visiting Dr. Z at his dental office 14 years ago, my opinion of Dr. Z. and his dental practice was favorable. He was understanding and gentle with my child which in my opinion counts for much! It was with regret and new insurance that I was no longer able to use this office. Now I get horrible service and still pay outrageous costs at Dental Works. Wish I could go back to Dr. Z

wonderful dentist have been with dr. z for over 20 years. would recommend him to family and friends. have never had any problems with his office

Sent me a bill 5 years after my last visit. Then they sued me over it and lied in court. Definately beware of this place they will do what they can to scam you. Plus i dont think the work was that great either.

Beware of this place. My wife and I went to him for 10 years. Every time we went they would go on line and check what your insurance would pay and when you got done they would hand you a bill of the differance and you had to pay before you leave. Not one time that we were there did we not pay what they told us we owed. After 7 years we received a statement that we owe hundreds of $,s from 2003 thru 2006. They never said that we owed any other monies or did we every get a statement. Checked our accounts everytime during that ... read more
