I visited midwest dental in rice lake wi dentist for three visits. I have paid for services what was told to me on the day of service. Still I got bills three more times. When I contact office on pioneer drive in rice lake, they give me statement showing zero balance and after few days I still get bills. It is really horrible experience. I will suggest everyone to confirm ten times what charges they are putting. I have decided to fight my case. I am also planning to complain at BBB and consumer bureau of wisconsin. They charged me for a debridement which I didn't need and told me after they did it, my insurance doesn't cover it. I paid cash. They told me my insurance only covers half of a crown and I questioned it saying I thought they covered 90% they told me no only 50%. I called my insurance company and they told me they cover 100% of debridement and they already paid Midwest Dental because they submitted the bill the same day and they pay 90% of crowns.
