Great customer service! Was scheduled for a Wednesday they got me in the Monday before that and was finished by Tuesday. Had excellent communication to keep me updated and the cost didn't kill me.
We love Midwest customs! Elmer Hare Ford and even employees use them for all of our custom wheel needs and they never fail to disappoint. Dakota is always quick with getting us quotes and getting the product in house. They have customized a dozen or more vehicles for us now!
Trustworthy! I was referred to Midwest Customs from a friend that has a real nice show truck. Dakota is easy to talk to & will take time to answer any questions. I purchased four new tires & had them do an alignment on my Z71. I was given a report showing the before & after alignment measurements. Much appreciated! Adjustments were necessary & my truck has never drove better. These guys take pride in doing a good job. I live over 30 miles away & am glad to make the trip to their shop. I recently took my truck to a shop in Independence because they could get it in that day to have an idler arm and a pitman arm replaced and an alignment .The truck drove great steered well but it had a vibration and it was because the pitman arm and idler arm. After having the pitman arm and idler arm replaced the truck drove terribly had tremendous amounts of road wander from centerline to shoulder loose steering steering wheel wasn't straight.
