The staff are both professional and compassionate. Recently brought my beloved 'Tootsie' for their services. Going as far as when unloading her from my truck, talking to her with respect...Hello Tootsie, you are such a good girl. Your only mistake, when the time comes, is not dealing with them.
We have chosen priority service for individual cremation for our pets multiple times. We will never wait for the return of our pet's cremains ever again (through the vet's office). Our pets never leave us - from the time of earthly departure to being placed in the crematory chamber. Priority Cremation is the only way for us. Thank you, MCS for this service!
These people did a horrible job. They failed to pick up my pet's remains from the UMN Veterinary Diagnostic Lab and DID NOT TELL ME that they just left without the remains. Because of them, my pet would have been "disposed of" if I was not notified of their error by the UMN themselves, as Midwest Cremation Service did not call me and let me know that they failed to do their jobs properly. I would not recommend this service, they have poor customer service and horrible communication and almost caused a very bad thing to happe... read more
I was there in 2012. The experience was excellent under the circumstances. I called ahead of time, they were waiting for me. They treated my dog with care and respect. I waited outside for him and an hour or so later I took him home. I was able to pick out a yern while I waited
