I want to take a moment to thank the team at Midwest Hospice from the bottom of my heart for the excellent and compassionate care they provided to our family during a most difficult time. Recently my father was admitted into Sub-Acute care in West Chester, Ohio. The facility where he was staying asked me which hospice company I wanted for his care. My choice, which was not under contract for this facility, was Midwest-Hospice. Midwest-Hospice secured a contract for care at the facility and provided excellent care for my father.
