Is this place even open.? Nobody ever answers or return calls very frustrating 🤬
They are hard to reach, they say they will fill out paperwork and never ended up doing it, procedures were cancelled regularly at the last minute - they only have one person in the front office and she hardly ever answers the phone and rarely returns phone calls. Which is a pity, because Dr. Bratanow is good at what she does...but this is the most unprofessional and unorganized medical practice I've ever seen.
