Horrible experience. Almost $25,000 dollars in work to be performed. Roof, facia, soffit, gutters. Scope of work to remove aluminum facia and replace with new. Was inside on a Saturday when the whole hose started to shake. Walked out to find the gentlemen (who didn't speak any English and could not communicate with him) ripping the gable end facia board with a sawzall, mind you holding almost at a 45 degree angle to remove over an 1 1/2" of material so they did not have to use an aluminum brake in their installation. DJ, the Project Manager, and his contractors from Midwest Complete in Rock Island, IL, did professional and excellent work inside and outside our house and home. Additionally, DJ went above and beyond to ensure the electrical and plumbing work was done correctly. Because of the repairs, our electric and water bills have decreased significantly. DJ also saw to some extra touches. Overall, we are happy with the work and repairs.
Excellent job repairing shingles and installing new gutter covers on back of house. Also cleaned two downspouts. I made an error on the survey card so it’s no being returned! Sorry!
Terry was our contractor and is the best! Always in communication with us throughout the whole two month process. He even took time to come out and show us samples of shingles and came back several times to check on the progress of things. There was a small issue that still needs resolved, but he will make sure it gets completed before he goes on vaca. Terry is a great advocate to fight with our insurance in getting more things covered...if only the insurance will cooperate! Call MCC and ask for Terry. You won't regret it!
Completely unprofessional company that does not deserve any rating above 1 star. My grandmother trusted these people, believing they were a reputable business. We were all wrong. Shoddy work, horrible attitudes, rude employees, disgusting customer service and overall yet another business that spits in the eye of every other decent business.
