Our 37 year old furnace decided it had had enough. We ended up replacing both AC (as it was just as old) and furnace and everything went great. From explaining our options to installation, I could not have asked for a better experience.
I received a call 10 minutes before Eli (technician) arrived, which was 10 minutes before the time he was to arrive. Eli was pleasant, very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He even offered tips on how to use the equipment more efficiently. He inspected the electronic HEPA filter. The only complaint is that Eli was the first person from Midwest to not wear booties over his shoes I will definitely have Midwest back for all care of my HVAC equipment.
