I am so grateful to have my sister recommendation to Midwest Comfort. Brian has been a life saver over the last 10 years. He is an expert in his craft and always looks out for his customers, FIRST! I've been working with Brian since he opened Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling. He's always been fair and honest and took the the time to explain concepts I didn't understand. There have been a couple of times when he did not charge me for services and I literally had to chase him out of the house with money. Once was after he installed a new system and the broken part was under warranty so the service was guaranteed.
