5 Star : Likely to Recommend I'm very happy with the repairs. 5 Star : Repair Quality We can't even tell it was ever damaged. 4.5 Star : Customer Service A part delayed my repair. It wasn't Midwest's fault the part was delayed, but I'd have liked a call or text update on my repair status as I needed to extend my rental car. Maybe a car repair status email as the anticipated completion date arrives or passes. Not a super big deal, but that would have gotten the 10 stars.
