First time visit and Dr. Joern did a great job! I have found my dental home!
I enjoyed my experience at your office. I was apprehensive, with Dr. Fairchild handling my dental issues, but I was satisfied with my care. My filling fell out later that day, but have had no issues with eating.
The El Reno Dental team all worked together to make my visit a pleasant experience. From the first numbing to the final pull, the team kept me informed of their every move. Everybody there is very nice. Brittany is a great hygienist and is not rough like some I have had at other dental offices. Makes the cleaning go faster and isn't boring. Dr. Joern is a great dentist and I would highly recommend.
Not sure what to expect after moving here from "the big City", but was duly impressed with the expertise AND the gentle treatment - a GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION FOR SURE. I WILL BE BACK!!!
I was very pleased with my dental care at Dr Joern's office. All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions that I had.
Terrified of dentist...made to feel at ease ...spoke to and treated with respect...left the office feeling good about my future dental needs would highly recommend... the girls in the office were great!!!
My appointment and my 6 year olds were at the same time and to say the least he isn't very fond of the unknown and not knowing what is going to happen before hand. Dr. Joern and his stuff made him feel comfortable and he was able to have the needed work done while I was getting my cleaning. Their team was very thorough and I highly recommend not just for children but patients of all ages.
This was my first visit to this dental office. The entire staff was very pleasant. My teeth cleaning was a very gentle and thorough job. The dentist followed by completely reviewing my file and discussing several options of some future dental work I would like to have completed.
