I have been seeing in the park ridge location. Since the beginning of my pregnancy. To begin early on, I was taken and charge for an ultrasound without a heads up. Asked to speak to manager. I guess manager never got the message because she never reached out! Then today I was there since 10:45 am. Because I had in my calendar my appointment would be at 11:15am.
