Dr. Koren was amazing. I've been trying to find a doctor to listen to me for over a year, I've been to so many specialist and this was the first time I've felt heard. I left my first appointment with everything I needed to start feeling better and with so many personal recommendations. She and the student working with her made me feel so comfortable, safe, and normal. Could not recommend them more.
Dr is always pleasant and helpful
The staff at MCWH in Buffalo Grove are always friendly and professional. For many years, my gynecologist there was Dr. Nash, who I greatly respected. Since he no longer practices at that location, today I had an annual check up with Dr. Erin Reed. It was a very positive appointment because she is an excellent listener and made me feel comfortable. My questions and concerns were patiently and throughly answered, and I appreciated her kind, caring attitude and expertise. I expect she will be my new long-term doctor.
