I've been a long time patient of Dr. Ray (she is great.) However, Midwest's billing and collection department is terrible. I've paid all their bills for many years. For some procedure done in 2018 (there were a number of bills related to this procedure, all of which I paid promptly), I received a bill almost a year later in 2019. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! DR KIM will not listen to your concerns.. after calling the office and being told “she will call you back today” for weeks (email as well), and not hearing anything I decided to find a new gyno. After writing a bad review about this place, 35 mins later she emails me (clearly after seeing the review). She didn’t call or email me back until I wrote a review for this place.
