I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
