I have been to Heather Orkwis for three years. Each year I have been placed in a examine room and waited for 1 hour waiting on Heather Orkwis to come into the room and spend 5 minutes with me. While her medical knowledge seems good, the fact that this is the amount of respect that she has for her patients is disappointing. I made the decision not to continue to tolerate this any longer, so I left after waiting (again) 1 hour in a examine room without seeing the doctor. Very well received and had a very good experience.
Dr. Heather Orkwis and her fine staff provide excellent care. She is very thorough and personable. Everyone at the office has been very nice. I have been going there for several years. I highly recommend Dr. Orkwis and Midwest Center for Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery.
