Awesome job well done! Roof and siding replaced. My project manager, Brenda, was flipping amazing. She briefed in a very timely manner and was consistently on top of every milestone. Professionally and patiently so even the missed deliverables owned by me. Attention to detail and ultimate quality of completion stellar.
Midwest performed our roof replacement in the summer of 2025. This job involved a solar replacement on top of the shingles, skylights, Sun Tunnels, Gutters and Garage doors. Throughout the job Rob and Chris did a magnificent job coordinating the teams and ensuring we were satisfied with every aspect of the work. Rob and his team were awesome to work with! From the start, Rob took the time to explain the whole roof installation process and made sure I understood everything before they got started. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up so well after finishing that you wouldn’t know a roofing project had just happened. Everyone was super nice and professional throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair!
The unfortunate happened and I had a branch fall off a tree and hit my roof damaging it causing a nasty leak. Immediately called Rob from Midwest building solutions and he came out assessed the damage and provided a temporary remedy right away while he worked with my insurance company to not only fix but get them to replace the entire roof for just my deductible! If you’re looking for a great wholesome contractor, then look no further! Thanks Rob for everything!!!!
