We had a really bad hail storm and that morning I went out of town for the weekend. When I returned, I had about 10 flyers on my door and about 30 minutes later Rob came to my door. Rob seemed very trustworthy and got out his drone to take pictures and inspected everything and found much damage to my roof, siding, gutters, and deck. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob and his team on an insurance claim for my roof that was damaged in a hailstorm. The insurance company did their best to drag the claim out and deny parts of my claim that shouldn’t have been. Rob explained the process from the beginning so I was able to trust the process and he followed through and was able to get the claim fully approved and installed my new roof just a few weeks later! Highly recommended!!!
We had issues with contractors in the past and I was nervous at first but when the crew showed up they showed a high level of professionalism, cleanliness of job site and very communicative during the entire process. They exceeded our vision of the project results. We couldn’t be happier with our new remodel. Thank you , will hire again
