I've been utilizing MBC for many years and always have a positive experience. I made my appointment for what I thought was a good time and then got hung up at a meeting. When I called to say I would be late, the person I spoke with assured me that the afternoon had timeslots and to just get there when I could. Procedure was done efficiently and promptly and the technician was very nice and professional.
The people here are nice and respectful also efficient and keep things running on time.
