RecommendedI had a great experience at Downey MRI Center. From the receptionist to the tech who did the MRI, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this office.

RecommendedGreat experience! Sandy was very knowledgeable, super friendly, upbeat. The process was efficient, the facility was very clean, lots of hours outside of 'normal' work hours and of course can't beat the price - saved a ton of money!
RecommendedWonderful staff very professional. The receptionist got me a glass of water. She knew I was very nervous and was extremely kind to me. She allowed my daughter to go in with me. Rose who did the test, put extra padding on the table for me so I could be more comfortable. I had to stop halfway through the test do to nausea, she was patient and very kind. I was able to finish the MRI. I am very grateful to the staff.

RecommendedMy teenage son struggles with anxiety, so he was very apprehensive about having an MRI. But Kailyn, his technologist was so compassionate and kind, she helped put him at ease. And we were very pleased to get our MRI results back the next day. I would highly recommend Smart Choice MRI!
