Front office staff is extremely rude! I called to have my records transferred over to a neurosurgeon at another practice and the woman who I was working with to get my information transferred started raising her voice at me and getting very snotty for something simple. I understand HIPPA regulations, but the way I was treated over the phone was not necessary. I was referred to Dr. Cannestra and his team four years ago by my primary physician. I’ve had two full hip replacements, some wrist and knee injuries attended by them too. My kids have also been treated there for various sports injuries. I am forever grateful for the excellent technical work rebuilding me. There is no free lunch tho - the patient MUST do their part working diligently and hard at the rehab process too. I absolutely recommend their practice!

Dr. Palmer is terrific! My hip pain improved tremendously with treatment!

Only one comment, on a reviewer who wrote, "Struggled with back pain and Dr Tom Stanley ended up blaming my pregnancy....." What planet do you come from lady??? You don't think pregnancy affects your spinal column????? Sure, maybe you had back pain before pregnancy but being pregnant can, "super size," any little back pain. My wife got back pain from the later months of pregnancy. My co-worker got a herniated disc from the same. Sorry about your discomfort and pain but please be mindful of reality.
