Had 2 different therapist through this company. The time I've spent there has helped me more than I can explain
Steve White has been incredibly helpful. I was doing online therapy for a year before. I have made more progress in the few short months going here than I did in the year of online therapy. My only complaint is the receptionists are either rude or unhelpful. It definitely seems like they just don't want to do their job. Fortunately, once I got an initial appointment set up, I haven't had to deal with them much.
They need better customer service. I call to schedule an appointment and the receptionist rudely said “We’re full call back in 2 weeks”. She was very rude when I asked how far out are they booked she said “ I can’t say call in 2 weeks”. I informed her that she was being rude and no apology. I see why this company is lower than 5 stars, it’s the rude secretary. How do they have a secretary in front of a computer say they don’t know how far out they are booked? At first I was hesitant, but after a month of pondering I went in and haven't regretted it since. I appreciate all that he has done for me and my wife and I'd highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance
