This company WILL rip you off. This company WILL rip you off. Needless to say just like the other reviewers I was nieve and thought they were decent people. I have had my vehicle less than 6 weeks and it is at another repair shop having the transmission rebuilt. I would not trust this place to repair anything, luckily I bought the extended warranty so I was able to take it to a real repair shop who is going through my entire car to inspect what they didn t. Midwest Auto Mart took excellent care of me they were patient and understanding, I need to purchase an auto unexpectedly didn t know what type of car I wanted. They worked with me, I actually drove a car for a week decided It was for me and they allowed me to switch no questions asked. Sales and fiance department were great. They also have an additional warranty program no other car lot offers. I give them 5 stars all around!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a vehicle last year and I ve had nothing but issues since I ve had it. I had Midwest repair some of the issues which didn t stay fixed for long. Now I m dealing with a costly issue in which I contacted them by a letter to which I haven t received any type of response. I thought they we re a reputable dealership, I see I was wrong. I would never refer anyone to this dealership even if it was the last dealership on earth.
This place is a scam. I found out that Im not the 1st person to be scammed. I was overcharged \$3,170 on the vehicle I bought. I questioned the salesperson about the contract. He lied about the sales price saying the number I was looking at included other things. I called the lender & they said no I was paying \$13,000 FOR A VEHICLE THAT WAS LISTED AT \$9,970. I contacted the dealer. Everyone is supposedly on vacation except one person. He didnt do my contract & cant adjust it. So I filed a complaint with the BBB!
The best car dealership I have ever worked with. Always friendly, and willing to help out with anything that comes up, even after the sale of the car. I would recomend this place to everyone. If your looking for a used car for yourself, or anyone in your family, this is the place you want to start and finish your car deal!! They are there willing to help, even after you sign the papers.
My son Benny Swain bought a car from you and it broke down before the week was end. You was nice enough to take it back and fix it, just for it to not to be fixed all the way.
