Jake was extremely helpful and resolved the problem with our Navara immediately. Helpful support completed in a professional manner.
Misleading quotes. Staff just couldn't come up with a half decent excuse, as to why or who, gave me the original quote. Bloke ( who seems to eat a huge amount of donuts) was rude, ignorant, incompetent. He didn't even know how much their hourly rate was. When I told him, how much the quote was that I'd been given. We had a service at GERALDTON Ford on Wednesday.They were so easy to deal with.They were able to fit us in, on a weeks notice & gave us a car to get around in.Unfortunately my wife left her bag in the car ,when we rang ,they were straight onto it &retrieved her bag for us which was awesome.Highly recommend this business on our experience.
The team at Midwest Auto Group were absolutely amazing with helping my daughter purchase her first car. Jack, Brad, Dylan & Al could not have been more helpful, they made the process seamless and explained everything along the way. Thank you so much for all your help!
