They are super friendly,very thorough, all around awesome. I am no audio-savvy person. In fact, I get very nervous with electronics and I am very shy...meaning potential snobbery about my low-end record player is something I don't look forward to. Not to worry, no snobbery here. My friend recommended that I bring my TV to Midwest Audio because I simply could not afford to purchase a new one. I loved that I could just drop it off at their shop without making an appointment. I had my TV back in about a week working perfectly again and the price to fix it was more than reasonable. Can't thank them enough for all the money I saved.
