The Midwest truck splashed tar all over our white car on I96 coming into Grand Rapids yesterday around 3pm. Anyone else? The company didn't seem to care when we reported it. Suggested we get car washed and when 2 car washes didn't work, they suggested a spray. No apologies. Did not seem to care it was their fault. Not a company that I would work with.
Last spring I had Midwest quote repairs to my driveway. The gentleman seemed nice and knowledgeable. They quoted me $5,000 which was twice the other quotes. I went with Midwest because I wanted a good job and they did some work last fall. Well, they did NOT do what they promised, the seams were not sealed and they need to be redone. They also promised to overlap the new and old, but again, did not. My driveway is not level, has big gaps at seams and looks terrible. Totally wasted my money.
