They were very rude an not helpful when my Duplex flooded in 2017 from a natural cause
Midwest Area Property Management is presently responsible for Hunters Ridge, and given they are selling they have stopped any upkeep of the apartments and are failing to meet requests of their residents. My husband is in the armed forces and presently stationed in MO. His toilet broke yesterday, and he has not been able to contact anyone. Their "24 hour" maintenance line is not available. This company is garbage do not do business with them. They do not provide a clean house for rental but will charge willingly when you move out for not being clean. They do not respond to work orders but will be completely dishonest before you sign your lease and make promises they will break unless they are in writing. Avoid at all costs especially if you are military.
Avoid renting from this company at all costs, especially if you are military. The absolute worst realty and staff I have ever encountered. No accountability, no upkeep on properties, will charge you BS prices for things that were there when you moved in and will avoid confrontation at any costs. Sad.
Terrible customer service. Never answers their phones nor responds to voicemails. It’s practically impossible to get anything communicated with them
