Speedy, communicative, efficient, fair and objective. These are all qualities that are very important in an appraisal. I’ve been a real estate investor for nearly 5 years but have held property since 2008. I’ve had many experiences with service providers in this arena and I would highly recommend Midwest/Robert for any appraisal needs.
Rob was very kind, patient and professional. It was last minute that I needed an appraisal. He was able to squeeze me in Monday morning. I was extremely anxious, due to a legal matter (my father inheriting property). The appraisal was finished in a timely manner. Communication was superb, which put my mind at ease. He email and mailed me a hard copy. I’m very pleased.
