Second bike financed thru them and both have been painless and easy, probably be the only credit union I use to finance anything.
I am usually treated vary good. But today the teller was rude. I deposited a check in my savings and wanted to know what my auto loan interest for 2025 and could she get me the info. All she needed to say was yes or no. I know that it comes in mail and they have till Jan 31st... but I have not received it yet and I had a tax app. That day.
The loan officer was very professional and personable. She explained everything in detail and was a pleasure to do business with!
I'm not sure how other institutions deal when money is removed from your account fraudulently but here they treat you as guilty until proven innocent and keep your money you entrust them to protect!
