This bank will steal your money. I tried to use the atm it malfunctioned and did not give me any money. I called the bank as soon as it happened and was told they could see i didn't get the money. 3 days later they still have not given me my money back. I have already filed a complaint with the NCUA. Do not use this bank!!
Currently sitting in the drive-through. Been waiting for almost 10 minutes. No greeting or anything. When I pulled up, somebody was at the window and just walked away. Definitely going to other branches who appreciate my business. This location does not.
The same teller always has a bad attitude. I recommend going to the mid west on Clinton for friendly tellers.
Worst bank the workers are very rude they rush you to get out and they are not pleasant at all I talk with bank manager about it she blamed it on new employees me and my wife opened joint account they messed it all up even after we came in and opened it they had to call us and email paper they forgot to have us sign then for over a week could not get into.
