MWA Federal Credit Union's branch manager, DJ, assisted us with our recent loan. He did such a good, thorough job that even our insurance agent and the license branch agent were impressed at how he thought of more details than they were accustomed to seeing. We would definitely recommend DJ!
This bank will steal your money. I tried to use the atm it malfunctioned and did not give me any money. I called the bank as soon as it happened and was told they could see i didn't get the money. 3 days later they still have not given me my money back. I have already filed a complaint with the NCUA. Do not use this bank!!
Currently sitting in the drive-through. Been waiting for almost 10 minutes. No greeting or anything. When I pulled up, somebody was at the window and just walked away. Definitely going to other branches who appreciate my business. This location does not.
The same teller always has a bad attitude. I recommend going to the mid west on Clinton for friendly tellers.
