I refinanced my car through MWAFCU and my original loan was through them and I have been banking with them for over 10 years. I have had nothing but bad experiences. I wired $2500 into my savings I had with them and they without my consent or even letting me know paid the rest of my loan off in full. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. My payment for the loan wasn't even due for the month yet and I had never been in default on the loan. Don’t come here if you want to sit down with anyone. Wasted 10 minutes of my time clicking around just to tell me I need to go to another location, very unapologetically if I might add pretty sure her name was Melinda. The place was empty as well.
