I have reason to believe that they are illegally removing funds from my account. Due to the fact that money has been disappearing from my account and they never seem to show it in the transaction history
The worst banking experience I have ever had!! While I do take majority of blame in the problem the rudeness and lack of understanding while trying to address the situation was absurd. The place is very clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful also. They keep you informed on the different programs that they have.
Experienced my first real issue with Midwest America in the 10 years I have partnered with them. Instead of working with me on what was a minor issue, I was transferred to a manager (Sean) and talked to as if I was subhuman. Them not working with me on the issue was really not that big of deal; however, no person deserves to be be spoken to with the attitude and disrespect that Sean represented in our conversation.
