My Husband recently went to this branch to deposit a check into our account, he waited 20 minutes for the teller to come back, to asked him if he had deposited $20 bills recently to “verify” my husband asked “to verify what” the teller couldn’t give him an answer only to say “never mind” I spoke with the manager Neil over the phone, Who had a nonchalant attitude as if this was no big deal, his reply “we will try to do better”, “teller had came up short,”online banking issues” but what does that have to do with My husband try... read more
Kory was easy to work with. I did most of the the loan process without going into office. I now understand why my brother and dad do all their banking with them. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.
In my opinion always have the worst experience with the tellers, always seems like there's an issue when there's not. I've went there a few times to give them a chance and always seems like the worst customer experience. I do recommend the service out in Decatur Indiana, always receive great customer experience if I have an issue they are quick to help out with anything such as concerns or overdraft fees. This location on DuPont acts like their better than you. Not very helpful at all
I applied online in the evening (after hours at the branch), received a call in the morning stating they were on it, and was approved that same evening. The process was painless, the rates are good, and the staff were professional and pleasant to work with
