They had to have an employee (Lora Miller, office manager for 808 on 5th) inflate their scores. If only they spent that kind of time enforcing the rules of the communities they manage. People openly violate rules left and right, but because they can't make money off that, they won't do anything about it.
Not sure what purpose they serve as they don't address issues when contacted.
Would not recommend! Too great a focus on the $$$
