Excellent service from Midwest Aerobiology Labs. Brandon and Ryan were very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Highly recommend!
Brandon was professional and compassionate to our long term problem while testing. The results were returned to us quickly and the consultation with Darryl was easy to schedule. His explanation of the results was clear and he answered all of our questions. We had originally dealt with another testing company and this company is head and shoulders above the other. Highly recommend.
Darryl and Blake were punctual, supportive, and consultative. Extremely thorough but also done in rapid time. They were not salesy at all but wanted to provide recs based on their experience. Highly recommend.
Fantastic customer service!! Highly recommended! I was concerned about asbestos in my popcorn ceiling. Brandon came out and took samples for testing. He was very knowledgeable and patient! What an amazing company! From the moment that we contacted them, they did an excellent job putting the customer first. We were able to schedule a visit by Darryl to inspect our house for mold. Darryl as awesome! As he entered our house he asked us what we needed and then carefully designed a plan to get our house tested.
