Fantastic customer service!! Highly recommended! I was concerned about asbestos in my popcorn ceiling. Brandon came out and took samples for testing. He was very knowledgeable and patient! The entire team at Midwest Aerobiology Labs were incredible. We recently had water damage mitigated and wanted a reliable 3rd party inspection done for mold. We called Midwest Aerobiology to do mold and air quality testing in our home based on a few things 1) they had the appropriate technical credentials, 2) they had many good reviews and 3) they ONLY do testing. We really wanted to work with a reputable company that was going to just focus on identifying the problem and wasn’t going to try and sell us on performing the remediation work. Outstanding service. Darryl and team came out immediately to test for mold, did an extremely thorough job testing, and then provided very detailed and comprehensive results and action plans. Darryl also continued to make himself available for additional questions as we went through the process of remediation. I would highly recommend.
The experience was flawless! A friendly and professional young man came to our house for about an hour to get some samples, and the results came back about a week later. We talked on the phone with the mold expert (Darryl Morris) shortly after that, and his thoroughness and knowledge were endless!
