We are all too likely to report poor service and complain when things don't go our way. This post IS NOT about that! It's to say that I am so impressed with the level of service, quality of work and customer satisfaction that I gladly recommend Midwest Action Cycle to anyone in need of help! Today my girlfriend and myself went on a scooter tour. Netty was our tour guide and let me tell you she was awesome, super informative and nice. She knew her shit and passed it on to us. My girlfriend never road before and netty walked her through everything and was able to make her feel confident, and 3 hours later we went all around lake Geneva and other small towns. Strongly suggest taking the tour if you have the time to spare. Was able to set this up from the Grand Geneva.

I brought in my 1997 Honda Valkyrie for carb work. Ron the owner told me I would love the bike when I get it back. He was absolutely correct Ron and Adam did a fantastic job on my bike. I never imagined the bike could run so well. I will never take my bike anywhere else for service. Keep up the good work guys love the job you did for me!!!!
We had an amazing time! We rented the 50cc scooter. The price was great, the staff helped us alot. We had 3 riders and one was new, she got a lot of practice before we were sent on our way. They gave us a great map to sight see! I can not wait to go back~
