Excellent service and product from Matt at Midwest ABS!! It was so easy to communicate with him and ship my module for repair. He was super informative, and when I received my module back in the mail, it looked brand new again (and of course worked perfectly upon reinstall). Also, with his lifetime warranty, you can't really go wrong... I would recommend his service to anyone with early Volvo abs issues.

Got the typical signs of a failing ABS Module in my Volvo and went to Midwest ABS for a refurbished one. Shipping was fast and it came with the necessary socket to do the repair. I faced some challenges removing my old module due to a stripped screw. Matt promptly responded to my emails and was able to assist me over the phone to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Midwest ABS to anyone seeking a new ABS Module for their old Volvo. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service is exceptional.
The module seemed to fix the problem, and prices are reasonable. However, when I send my module back they said it was all hacked up and could not be reused as a core. So I had two options. 1. The "Hacked up" core I sent in could be fixed (even though it's not a reusable core) and I would have to take out the one I just put in and send it back. 2. I pay $60 dollar core charge, and $9 dollars if I want the module back. Most logical people aren't going to take a newly installed part they spent time installing and pay to have it... read more
